The number of sessions needed will be discussed further at the initial consultation. Most clients see significant improvements after 6 sessions.

The initial consultation gives you an opportunity to understand how the therapy process works, including the science behind it and how your brain works. By the end of it you’ll have an in depth understanding of what our time together would look like as well as understanding why you feel the way that you do and set some goals. There is no obligation to go ahead with sessions after the consultation but most people do decide to!

Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit card, or cash.

48 hours cancellation policy. If you can no longer attend an appointment, then a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Anything less than 48 hours’ notice, full payment (100% of the session charge) will be taken or a session deducted from your block booking.

Block bookings are non- refundable.
