I am a fully qualified (HPD, DSFH, BMus, PGCE), accredited and insured Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.

I am also an EMDR practitioner (fears, phobias, trauma and PTSD).

I have a practices in Bath city Centre, Hilperton Wiltshire, and Marylebone London but I can also work with you online from anywhere in the world.

I specialise in supporting people feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stressed, but can support with a wide range of symptoms.

I am also a professional Musician, and know how to help people to increase their confidence and reduce performance anxiety, whether that be on stage, for presenting at work, or for boosting high achievers to reach their full potential!

My approach is solution-focused, and I have seen it change so many lives!
